CAPE COD, Mass. - Farmingdale State (19-6) was chosen as the number four seed in the 2008 ECAC Metro Women's Basketball Championship. After finishing the regular-season with a 17-10 record, Montclair State University was selected as the number one seed. The tournament is an eight-team field with quarterfinal, semifinal and championship rounds. Blakney averaged a team-high 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals in a 2-0 week for the Rams in just 19 minutes per game.
