Montauk, N.Y. - Senior Mike Keaveny (Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Sachem) shot a two-day total of 166 (80-86) capturing the individual title while leading St. Joseph's College to the 2007 Skyline Conference Golf Championship. Keaveny trailed by one stroke to Farmingdale State senior Kyle Havas (Lindenhurst, N.Y./Lindenhurst) after day one and made up four strokes on day two to win the title by three shots. Bethpage, N.Y. - Junior Alec Salvitti (Patchogue, N.Y./Patchogue-Medford) shot a school record 68 on Friday afternoon as Farmingdale State won a quad match at Bethpage State Park's Green Course in Bethpage, N.Y. against Nassau, St. Joe's and Polytechnic. Salvitti's 68 helped the Rams shoot an all-time team low score of 297, besting the 306 Farmingdale posted back in 2005.
