Farmingdale, N.Y. - Sophomore midfielder Antonio Kaminskey (Lindenhurst, NY.) set single-game school records with 22 ground balls and 24 faceoff wins in Farmingdale State's 22-4 Skyline Conference victory over Mount Saint Vincent Saturday afternoon. Senior attackmen Terrence Haggerty (Centerport, N.Y.) tied the school record with 13 points in the contest, as the Rams improved to 9-3 overall and 3-2 in the Skyline.

Kaminskey bested the previous record of 19 ground balls set by John McMahon in 2019. He also beat out Frank Limanni, who held the previous record of 22 faceoffs won in 2011.

Haggerty set season-highs in goals (6) and assists (7), and tied Bobby Thomas from 2013 for the single-game points mark.

FSC outscored the Dolphins 3-0 in the first quarter, as Haggerty assisted junior midfielder Hunter Lyons (East Islip, N.Y.) for a goal before scoring two of his own.

Trailing 4-0 early in the second, Mount Saint Vincent sophomore attack Joseph Santana (Bronx, N.Y.) and senior midfielder Matthew Pincus (Staten Island, N.Y.) each registered a goal to cut their deficit to two. Farmingdale State responded with two quick goals from senior attack Jake Wandle (Rocky Point, N.Y.) to regain a four-goal advantage.

Over the next 4:50, Haggerty registered three goals while senior midfielder Johnny McMahon (Albertson, N.Y.) and Lyons had one apiece to put the Rams on top, 11-2. Senior midfielder John McMahon (West Babylon, N.Y.), Wandle and Haggerty each tallied a goal in the final 5:25 of the half as FSC took a 14-3 lead into the break.

The Rams were ahead 15-4, before Wandle and sophomore attack Thomas Stock (Selden, N.Y) notched goals to extend the lead to 13.

Haggerty notched his 12th and record-tying 13th points of the game with less than five minutes to go in the third, as he assisted junior midfielder John Carnevale (East Meadow, N.Y.) and Johnny McMahon for scores to give the Rams a 19-4 advantage.

Farmingdale State used goals from junior midfielder Trey Connolly (Seaford, N.Y.; first of the season), freshman midfielder Michael Cassano (Plainview, N.Y) and freshman attack Joe Colao (Middle Island, N.Y.) down the stretch as they went on to win 22-4.

Wandle tallied a season-best five goals, to go along with two assists for seven points. Lyons registered three goals and four ground balls, while Johnny McMahon produced two goals, one assist, two ground balls and a game-high three caused turnovers. Stock had one goal and three ground balls, and John McMahon finished with one goal, an assist and one caused turnover. Connolly, Cassano, Carnavale and Colao each added a goal in the win.
