Head Coach: Sean Chamberlain (10th season)

Sean Chamberlain was hired as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in September 2014. He holds a 91-43 career record and has led the Rams to the playoffs in each of his first eight seasons at the helm (the 2020 season was cancelled due to Covid-19).

During his time at FSC, Chamberlain has earned Coach of the Year honors (2016) and has coached two Scholar Athletes of the Year (2015, 2021), Rookie of the Year (2017), Defensive Player of the Year (2018), Offensive Player of the Year (2021, 2022, 2023), along with 45 All-Conference players, two players named All-Region and one tabbed All-American. 

Chamberlain brings a wealth of knowledge around both the National and Long Island lacrosse circuit. Most notably, he serves on the Board of Directors for both Team 91 Lacrosse, a nationally recognized program serving over 3,000 boys and girls annually, and the National Lacrosse Federation.

Sean also serves as the Co-President of Dynamic Sports Management (DSM). DSM specializes in youth lacrosse from running leagues, camps, clinics, competitive events, showcases, and club teams. Dynamic Sports has programs running in 11 states nationwide and works with over 5,000 youth athletes annually.

Since June 2010, Sean has been the head coach of the Polish National Lacrosse Team during their appearances in both the 2010 (Manchester, UK) and 2014 (Denver, CO) FIL World Championships. In both FIL Championships, the team has finished in the top half of competition.

During his playing career, Chamberlain was an attackman at Stony Brook from 2004-2007. Sean also served as team captain during his senior year and was a finalist in the America East conference all four years. A native of Holbrook, NY, he played his high school career at Indian Hills High School in Cincinnati, OH. During his senior year, while leading the Braves to a State Championship, he led the state in points (50 goals & 90 assists), earning him All-Ohio accolades, as well as being named a US Lacrosse High School All-American.

Chamberlain graduated from Stony Brook University in May 2007 and currently resides in Mount Sinai.
