NEW YORK | The Farmingdale State College volleyball team won its 12th-consecutive match Tuesday night at the ARC Arena, and remained tied atop the Skyline Conference standings with a straight-sets sweep over host Yeshiva University (25-11, 25-10, 25-16).

The Rams (13-7, 9-1 Skyline) received a 15-point effort from senior outside Kate Flamio (E. Islip, N.Y.), who followed up an 18-point display Friday night against Baruch in the same arena with a match-best 17 points against the Maccabees (1-12, 0-9) with 10 kills on 15 error-free attacks (.667 percentage), a season-high-tying six of her team's 15 service aces on the night, and one solo block. Junior Kalena Ricketts (Cambria Hts., N.Y.) continued her torrid hitting of late, registering seven kills on a .545 attack percentage -- marking her seventh-straight match at .300-plus and the ninth time in her last 10 outings. Senior libero Madisyn Pozo (Bayside, N.Y.) passed 14 digs, and now sits at 1,112 for her FSC career -- just 67 shy of the program record (Francesca Calderon, 2012-15; 1,179 digs). Senior outside hitter Cathleen Farrell (Bayport, N.Y.) amassed 10 points on eight kills and two service aces, while sophomore middle Mikayla Profeta (Knoxville, Tenn.) registered seven points (three service aces) and a career-high 10 digs.

On the evening, Farmingdale State -- which sits in a three-way tie for first place in the Skyline standings along with the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and Manhattanville College with one conference match remaining -- hit at a .280 clip, while its 15 service aces marked the 11th time the squad eclipsed the double-digit mark on the campaign.

Head coach Kellie Block's Rams round out regular-season Skyline play Thursday night (Oct. 27) at the Walter A. Lynch Sports Center, when it plays host to Maritime College on Senior Night. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m.
