Patchogue, N.Y. - Farmingdale State earned a 3-0 victory over Old Westbury before falling 3-0 to St. Joseph's at the St. Joe's women's volleyball tri-match on Saturday. The Rams now stand at 7-15 overall and 2-2 in the Skyline Conference.

In the victory over Old Westbury, senior opposite Sarah Palladino (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) led the way for Farmingdale State with game-high's in kills (10) and service aces (12). Sophomore middle blocker Barbara Wright (Farmingdale, N.Y.) pitched in with six kills, while junior setter Megan Pisciotta (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) recorded a game-high 16 assists.

In the match versus host school St. Joseph's, Palladino tallied seven kills and eight assists and junior libero Francesca Calderon (Wheatley Heights, N.Y.) added a team-high 10 digs.

The Rams next will host York (NY) in a non-conference match on Wednesday, October 8th at 7:00 p.m.
