Poughkeepsie, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's volleyball team dropped a pair of non-conference matches at Kenyon Hall at the Vassar College Tri-Match on Saturday afternoon. The Rams fell 3-0 to both Vassar and Misericordia.

In the match versus Vassar, the Rams (11-11) were led by sophomore outside Sarah Palladino (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) who tallied a game-high 10 kills and added six digs.

Vassar's Clara Cardillo (San Francisco, Cal.) and junior Jessie Ditmore (Santa Barbara, Cal.) each had eight kills, while senior setter Hilary Koenigs (Spokane, Wash.) led the way with 20 assists.

Against Misericordia, senior outside Holly Sahner (Dix Hills, N.Y.) had a team-leading 10 kills, while Palladino added seven kills. Freshman libero Francesca Calderon (Wheatley Heights, N.Y.) had 14 digs and freshman setter Megan Pisciotta (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) had a game-high 16 assists.

Farmingdale State will close out the regular season as they travel to Old Westbury to face Skyline opponent Yeshiva University on Sunday, October 28th at noon.
