Throggs Neck, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's volleyball team picked up another Skyline "W" with a 3-0 victory over Maritime College at Reinhart Gymnasium in Throggs Neck, N.Y. on Tuesday night. The Rams are now 8-3 overall, 5-1 in the conference, while the Privateers fall to 0-15, 0-6 in the Skyline.

Freshman setter Lindsey Fisher (Seaford, N.Y./Seaford) served up six aces and finished with 25 assists for the night. Junior outside Dominique Cunningham (Amityville, N.Y./Copiague) led the team with eight kills, while sophomore outside Holly Sahner (Dix Hills, N.Y./Hills East) had seven kills in eight attempts (a .875 attack percentage).

Junior libero Jessica Zimmermann (Seaford, N.Y./Seaford) and junior right side Renee Milevoj (Plainview, N.Y./Bethpage) both posted a game-high nine digs in the match.

The Rams will now play in the St. Joseph's Invitational on Friday, October 15th and Saturday, October 16th. Friday night the team will face Lehman at 6:00 p.m. and St. Joe's Brooklyn at 8:00 p.m. On Saturday, Farmingdale will face CCNY at Noon and Ramapo at 2:00 p.m.
