Rams Split in Conference Playdate
Game 1: Mount Saint Mary – 3, Farmingdale – 2 (19-25, 24-26, 25-16, 25-17, 15-8)
Game 2: Farmingdale State – 3, Mount Saint Vincent – 1 (20-25, 25-18, 25-12, 25-23)
Farmingdale, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's volleyball team went 1-1 in today's Skyline playdate, where they faced Mount Saint Mary College and the College of Mount Saint Vincent. The Rams now stand in 3rd place in the conference with a 7-3 overall record, 4-1 in Skyline play.
Farmingdale took undefeated Mount Saint Mary to five games, after going up 2-0, but fell in the fifth set 15-8 to the Knights, who now hold first place with a 7-0 conference record after today.
In the Rams second match of the day, they fell in game on 25-20, but fought back to defeat the Dolphins 3-1.
Farmingdale State will now travel to face Maritime College on Tuesday, October 12th at 7:00 p.m.
