Rams Fall on the Road at St. Joe's
Farmingdale State vs. St. Joseph's College - St. Joe's wins 3-0 (25-20, 25-15, 25-14)
Patchogue, N.Y. - St. Joseph's College swept the Farmingdale State women's volleyball team on Tuesday night 3-0, in Patchogue, N.Y. The loss eliminated the Rams from the Skyline Conference playoffs.
Farmingdale State was led by senior libero Theresa Rokee (Lindenhurst, N.Y./Lindenhurst), playing in her last collegiate volleyball game, recorded 15 digs. Freshman middle Dominique Cunningham (Amityville, N.Y./Copiague) had a team high five kills for the Rams while freshman outside Jessica Zimmerman (Seaford, N.Y./Seaford) tallied two kills.
Farmingdale State has high expectations for next season as they are returning eleven of thirteen players.
