New York, N.Y. - The Skyline Conference's seven women's tennis head coaches have voted on the fall 2021 edition of their all-conference team and Farmingdale State College's Anastasia Hoffman has been selected as Player of the Year.
Farmingdale State's Anastasia Hoffman (Massapequa, N.Y.), Rosa Lettieri (West Islip, N.Y.) and Lien Collings (Merrick, N.Y.) were each named First Team All-Conference.
Hoffman went 10-3 in the top-flight singles position for the Rams, including an unblemished 6-0 mark in Skyline action. She also went 9-6 in the No. 1 doubles position -- including a 9-2 mark once teaming with Collings.
Lettieri, the No. 2 singles player for FSC, posted an 11-3 mark, including 5-1 in conference matches. At doubles, Lettieri recorded nine wins on the season.
Collings tallied a 10-3 record at No. 3 singles and was a perfect 6-0 in the Skyline. In first doubles, she posted a 10-5 mark.
Farmingdale State Head Coach Adam Waterhouse was tabbed Skyline Coach of the Year. Waterhouse, in his 15th year as the Rams' head men's and women's coach, guided FSC to an 11-4 overall mark this fall, including a 6-0 mark in Skyline play. This is his 11th Skyline Coach of the Year accolade, split over the two positions, including awards in: 2008-09 (men), 2010-11 (men), 2011-12 (men), 2012-13 (women & men), 2015-16 (women), 2018-19 (men), 2019-20 (women), 2021 (men & women - spring). Waterhouse is a 1984 alumnus of SUNY Oswego, where he was a four-year letter winner and two-year captain on the courts.
FSC's Katherine Del Valle (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
