Farmingdale, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's tennis team lost a 5-4 conference match to Yeshiva University on Sunday afternoon. The Rams now stand at 3-3 overall, 0-1 in Skyline play, while the Maccabees improved to 5-0, 1-0 in the conference.
Farmingdale State took the #2 and #3 matches in the doubles competitions to hold the 2-1 advantage. In singles play, senior Tatiana Rosamilia (Malverne, N.Y.) and Qurat-ul-ain Rai (Lehore, Pakistan) both posted wins but the Rams fell in the other four matches.
Farmingdale will now host John Jay on Friday, September 16th at 4:00 p.m.
