Rams Selected as Runner-up in Skyline Poll

New York, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's tennis team was chosen to finish second in the Skyline Conference this season in voting conducted by the league's six head coaches.

Coming off a first-ever trip to the conference finals in 2012, the Rams return First Team All-Skyline players Jessica Sickles (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) and Alex Bentz (Massapequa Park, N.Y.). Last season Sickles posted a 9-4 first singles record, while Bentz was 8-4 in the #2 slot. The pair posted an 8-4 mark in first doubles.

Mount Saint Mary College was selected to repeat as conference champions after receiving 5-of-6 first place votes.
