Davis and Gentile Named to All-Skyline Team
Farmingdale, N.Y. – The Farmingdale State
women’s tennis team had two players receive All-Conference
honors this season. Senior Oshea Davis (Hempstead, N.Y.) was named
First Team All-Skyline and sophomore Jessica Gentile (Dix Hills,
N.Y.) received Second Team honors.
Davis finished the year with a 6-4 record in first singles and an
impressive 10-1 in first doubles, 6-1 in conference play.
Gentile had an 8-2 second singles record and was 5-1 in Skyline
play, while finishing the season 3-2 in second doubles.
The 2008 All-Skyline Conference Team for Women's Tennis and
Individual/Team Honors is as follows...
