Four Rams Named All-Conference for Men's Tennis

New York, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's tennis team had four players named to the All-Skyline Conference Team this season.

Sophomore Justin Vijungco (Forest Hills, N.Y.) earned Player of the Year honors, while seniors Alex Bessarabov (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) and Ryan Musalo (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) were named to the First Team. Junior Steven Ferrantello (Dix Hills, N.Y.) earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

Vijungco posted an 8-1 record in #1 singles and paired up with Musalo and the two had an 8-4 mark in first doubles. Musalo was 7-3 in the #2 singles position, while Bessarabov was an impressive 12-1 in singles, including a perfect 6-0 in Skyline matches. Ferrantello, playing every match but one in the fourth singles position, was 7-4 on the year. He and Bessarabov were 10-3 at #2 doubles.

Coach Waterhouse was named the Skyline Coach of the Year.
