AJ is a 2016 graduate of Kellenberg Memorial High School, where he was captain of the both the lacrosse and hockey teams. AJ transferred to Farmingdale State after playing lacrosse at Nassau Community College. He is the son of Deborah and Alex Sandorfi.
Junior year...Named First Team All-Conference...Started every game and led the team in points (58), assists (26) and shots (122), ranked second in goals (32), game-winning goals (2) and man-up goals (2) and ranked third in ground balls (41)...In the Skyline, ranked fifth for assists, seventh in points, eighth for shots and 10th in goals.
Sophomore year...Appeared in all 18 games (16 starts) and led the team with 35 assists and 48 points...In the conference, ranked third in both assists and assists per game (1.94) and 11th for points...Finished 43rd in the Nation in assists per game.
