Wes Hubschmitt Named ECAC Metro Offensive Player of the Week

Centerville, Mass. - Junior attack Wes Hubschmitt
(Seaford, N.Y./Seaford) was named the ECAC Metro Offensive Player
of the Week for men's lacrosse on Tuesday, April 6th for his play
last week.
Hubschmitt scored three goals and had five assists in a 14-12 win over Maritime to help his team improve to 1-0 in the Skyline Conference. He scored the last goal of the second period and first goal of the third, giving the Rams a lead they would not lose for the remainder of the game. Hubschmitt added two goals and a game-high seven assists against Penn State-Abington. He recorded 17 points in a 2-0 week for Farmingdale State.
Hubschmitt currently leads the team with 60 points, stands in second place with 34 assists, and is third for goals with 26 so far this season.
