Annandale-on-Hudson, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's and women's cross country teams finished in ninth and 11th place, respectively, at the Bard College Invitational on Saturday, September 22nd. The men's 8k race featured 145 runners, while the women's 6k race totaled 137 runners.
For the women, junior Erin Lettieri (West Islip, N.Y.) was the top Skyline Conference runner as she took third place overall in 24:34.5. Junior Erica Bavaro (West Islip, N.Y.) came in 51st in a time of 29:15.4.
On the men's side, freshman Joshua Green (Shelter Island, N.Y.) led the Rams and finished in 33rd place overall in a time of 30:55.1, while freshmen Evan McCrann (Lindenhurst, N.Y.) (31:44.4) and Dydro Prosper (Uniondale, N.Y.) (32:08.0) placed 45th and 52nd, respectively.
Farmingdale State will next travel to the Hudson Valley Sportsdome in Milton, N.Y. for the MSMC Knight Invitational on Saturday, September 29th.
