Farmingdale, N.Y. - Farmingdale State junior Marina Magoulas (Islip, N.Y.) has qualified for the Atlantic Regionals in the hammer throw. She currently ranks eighth in the All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) and 44th in the NCAA.
Magoulas broke her own school record in the hammer with a toss of 48.50m / 159' 1" at the 2021 Skyline Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
The 2021 AARTFC Outdoor Championships will be held on Wednesday, May 19th and Thursday, May 20th at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford, New York.
The women's hammer throw will take place on Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. and can be followed with live stats and live video.
