Stacey graduated from Connetquot High School in 2009, where she received the Sportsmanship Award for soccer. Stacey was also a high honors student academically. She is the daughter of Eva and Ken Rao.

Senior year...Appeared in eight games in goal, starting five...Held a 0.40 goals against average with a 4-1 record and two shutouts.

Junior year...Appeared in 12 games in goal for the Rams and allowed only three goals with a .625 save percentage.

Sophomore year...Went undefeated with a 9-0 record and four shutouts. In 11 appearances for a total 774 minutes, she allowed just four goals for a 0.46 GAA.

Freshman year...Played in 13 games, starting nine for the Skyline Championship team, while holding a 1.13 goals against average. Anchored a top ranked Skyline Conference defense that allowed only 20 goals on the year. Finished third in the conference in goals against average and shutouts (5).
