Megan is a 2020 graduate of Half Hollow Hills West High School, where she was a 4-year varsity lacrosse and volleyball player as well as a 2-year member of the varsity track team. Prior to FSC, she attended Post University. Megan is the daughter of Lisa and Mitchell Diamond.

2023...First Team All-Skyline Conference...controlled team and career-best 59 draws (No. 8 in Skyline), while leading the team in points (46; 22 g, 24 a)...assists total ranked No. 6 in the conference...became fifth player in FSC history to reach 100-point, 100-draw control milestone.

2022...Named Second Team All-Conference...Played in all 17 games...Led the Rams in assists (32), points (64) and man-up scores (2), ranked second for goals (32), shots (67), game-winning goals (2) and draw control (57), and third for ground balls (32) and caused turnovers (13)...Finished fourth in the Skyline for assists, seventh in points and ninth in draw control...In the NCAA, she ranked 56th for free-position percentage (.636), 67th in assists and 70th in assists per game (1.88).
