Farmingdale, N.Y. - Leading 15-14 with 16 seconds on the clock, Farmingdale State senior midfielder Kristen Keller (Westbury, N.Y.) caused a crucial turnover on the final play to secure the Rams' non-conference victory over Western Connecticut State this afternoon. Western Connecticut would cut the Rams advantage to only one, 14-13, after a pair of draw control wins by freshman midfielder Geovanna Badaro (Fairfield, Conn.) led to two Colonials goals by Olivia Kosilla (Ellington, Conn.) and Carey with 3:43 left to play.

Farmingdale State senior midfielder Brittany Rosino (North Babylon, N.Y.) won the ensuing draw control and scored the eventual game-winning goal with 1:39 left on the clock to bring the FSC lead back to two, 15-13.

Kosilla added the Colonials final score with 1:07 remaining on a man-up, free position shot, before Keller's caused turnover sealed the victory for the Rams.
