Purchase, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's lacrosse team had 14 different players in scoring as they shutout Purchase for a 14-0 win. The Rams improved to 7-1 overall, 1-0 in Skyline play while Purchase fell to 2-1, 0-1.

In the first half, Farmingdale State led 7-0 before sophomore attack Jessica Romero (Brentwood, N.Y.) scored the final goal of the half off a pass from junior attack Emily Wolff (Middle Island, N.Y.) for an 8-0 halftime lead.

The second half saw scores from junior attack Kelly Geheran (Sayville, N.Y.), Wolff, freshman attack Britanny Rosino (North Babylon, N.Y.), senior defender Tatiana Pena (Hicksville, N.Y.), freshman attack Kristen Keller (Westbury, N.Y.) and freshman attack Emilia Moore (Baldwin, N.Y.).

Rosino finished with a game-high four points (1 goal, 3 assists), while Wolff, Keller and Geheran each finished with one goal and one assist.

Freshman goalkeeper Krista Spagnoletta (West Islip, N.Y.) made two saves for her first career shutout.

The Rams will leave for their Spring Break trip to North Carolina on Monday and will be playing Greensboro College on Tuesday, March 25th at 4:00 p.m and Guilford College on Thursday, March 27th at 7:00 p.m.
