Lawrenceville, N.J. - Senior midfielder Theresa Rokee (Lindenhurst, N.Y./Lindenhurst) was named Skyline Conference Player of the Week and freshman goalkeeper Courtney Cook (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) was named Rookie of the Week for women's lacrosse on Monday, May 4th.

Rokee recorded 12 points on 10 goals and two assists in two Skyline Conference tournament games as the Rams captured their first conference title and NCAA Tournament bid. Rokee, who also had five ground balls and six draw controls, had five goals and an assist in Farmingdale’s 24-16 victory over Kean in the semifinals. She followed that effort with another five goals and an assist in the Rams’ 16-13 win over Montclair State in the championship.

Cook was outstanding in two Skyline Conference tournament games as the Rams captured their first conference title. Cook, who was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player, stopped 22 shots in Farmingdale’s semifinal win over Kean. Against Montclair State in the championship, she had 23 saves, including 13 in the second half as the Rams outscored the Red Hawks 8-5 over the final 30 minutes en route to the title.
