Cook Named ECAC Defensive Player of the Week
Cape Cod, Mass. - Freshman goalkeeper Courtney
Cook (Deer Park, N.Y./Deer Park) was named the ECAC Division III
Metro Region Defensive Player of the week for women's lacrosse on
Wednesday, April 8th.
Cook stopped 18 shots while allowing 10 goals for a .643 save
percentage as the Rams defeated Montclair State, 14-10, for the
first time in program history. For the season, the rookie currently
tops the Skyline Conference with a .575 save percentage.
The ECAC Players of the Week are announced on Tuesdays or
Wednesdays of each week.
