Farmingdale, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State women's lacrosse team picked up a Skyline Conference victory over The Sage Colleges (0-3, 0-1) today in Farmingdale, N.Y. The Rams scored 14 goals in the first half and added seven more in the second for a 21-0 final score.

Farmingdale junior midfielder Justine Rothar (Levittown, N.Y./Division Ave.) led the scoring with two goals and four assists, while sophomore midfielder Kim Rigney (Holbrook, N.Y./Sachem North) finished with four points (two goals, two assists) and senior midfielder Kathy Waite (Levittown, N.Y./Division Ave.) added three assists and one goal for four points. Freshman midfielder Emily Williams (Centerport, N.Y./Harborfields) tallied three goals for the day.

Sage freshman goalkeeper Courtney Reed (Mechanicville, N.Y./Mechanicville) made nine saves in the loss.

Farmingdale State will now face conference rival Montclair State on Wednesday, March 24th at 7:00 p.m. in Montclair, N.J.
