Justine Rothar Named Skyline Rookie of the Week
Farmingdale State freshman midfielder Justine Rothar (Levittown,
N.Y./Division Ave.) was named the Skyline Conference Rookie of the
Week for women's lacrosse on Monday, March 31st.
Rothar earns Rookie of the Week honors after scoring five goals to lead Farmingdale State College to a 15-14 win over the University of Southern Maine. Rothar, who also had five draw controls and two ground balls, scored four of her five goals in the second half. She is currently ranked fourth in the conference with 3.25 goals per game.
