Farmingdale State Athletics

Farmingdale State freshman midfielder Jennifer Jung (New Hyde Park, N.Y./Herricks) was named the Skyline Rookie of the Week for women's lacrosse on Monday, March 26th. Farmingdale State College is off to a 2-0 start thanks in part to the outstanding play of the freshman tri-captain. Jung recorded five goals, three assists, eight ground balls and five draw controls as the Rams rolled to a 24-1 victory over Elms. She currently has nine goals and three assists for 12 points in two games.
