Giliberti and Stolfi Earn All-ECAC Honors

DANBURY, CT – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2023 Division III Softball All-ECAC Team and Farmingdale State junior right fielder Jenna Giliberti (Bellmore, N.Y.) and freshman designated player Samantha Stolfi (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) have both been selected.

Giliberti, a two-time First-Team All-Skyline Conference selection, batted .405 this season and posted top-five Skyline rankings in triples (t-second, 5), runs (second, 49), hits (third, 51), stolen bases (third, 22), slugging percentage (fourth, .619) and OPS (fifth, 1.064) from her leadoff spot in the batting order. She ranked fifth nationally with 1.32 runs per game, 45th in triples, 62nd in triples per game (0.14) and 74th in stolen bases per game (0.59).

Stolfi, the Skyline Conference's Rookie of the Year, drove in a Skyline-best 41 runs, with her 1.11 per-game average ranking 42nd nationally and her total RBI ranking 55th. She batted .380 (third on team) with 46 hits (second-best on FSC, fifth-best in Skyline) on the year.
