Rams Place 8th and 12th at St. Joe's Invitational

- Men take 8th; Women in 12th -


Kings Park, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's and women's cross country teams finished in 8th and 12th place, respectively, at the St. Joseph's Invitational on Saturday, October 17th at Sunken Meadow State Park.

The men's team was led by junior Belony Borange (Valley Stream, N.Y.) who finished 26th overall with a time of 30:21.23. Senior Dan Barrett (Wantagh, N.Y.) came in second for the Rams with a time of 31:47.34, while freshman Kyle Senn (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) finished with a time of 31:57.12.

The women were led by sophomore Nicole Franz (Huntington, N.Y.) who finished with a time of 22:55.84, improving her time from last year of 24:41.06. She was followed by sophomore Jennifer Bonilla (Amityville, N.Y.) who ran a time of 25:27.48. Sophomore Megan Eiseman (Seaford, N.Y.) finished 3rd for the women's team in a time of 26:07.11.

Farmingdale State will now travel to the Skyline Conference Championship on Sunday, October 25th in Milton, N.Y. at the Hudson Valley Sportsdome.
