Skyline Releases Cross Country Report #5
- Sean Tiernan named Co-Runner of the Week -
Clifton Park, N.Y. - The Skyline Conference released the
fifth cross country report for the 2010 season this afternoon,
including Player of the Week, Rookie of the Week, Honor Roll and
Conference statistics.
Junior Sean Tiernan (Staten Island, N.Y./Tottenville) was named Skyline Conference Co-Runner of the Week for men's cross country. Tiernan crushed the competition at the Mount Saint Mary College Knight Invitational. Tiernan won the event, finishing with a time of 28:09 on the 8K Chadwick Lake Park course. He finished 46 seconds ahead of Union’s Gabe Sturges (28:56). The Rams were the top-finishing Skyline Conference team, placing second overall.
