Darress and Daly Lead Men to Second Place Finish
St. Joseph's Invitational - Sunken Meadow Park - Very windy, Cloudy - 58 degree
Freshmen Russell Darress (Lynbrook, N.Y./Lynbrook) and Sean Daly
(Lindenhurst, N.Y./Lindenhurst) placed fourth and fifth,
respectively, to lead the men's cross country team to a second
place finish out of 13 teams at the St. Joseph's Invitational at
Sunken Meadow Park on Saturday, October 25th.
Skyline Conference foe St. Joseph's won the race with 62 points to Farmingdale's 65 over the tough 5-mile course.
Freshman Sarah Pope (North Babylon, N.Y./North Babylon) placed 14th to lead the women's team to a sixth place finish out of 10 teams.
The Rams will run next at the Skyline Conference Championships held at Bard College on Sunday, November 2nd.
