Farmingdale State Athletics

The men's cross-country team finished 5th place in the Skyline, led by Armann Leifsson with a team-high 15th place finish. Freshman Mike Landi led the team with a 10th place finish, followed by sophomore Shane Smith in 18th place at the Highlander Invitational for a season-best 4th place team finish.

The men will be losing senior captain Jason Hernandez this year, who ended his cross-country career by setting a new personal best on the Van Cortlandt Park course and also set personal bests for each course run this season.
