NJAC Announces Men's Indoor Track & Field All-Conference Teams

Pitman, N.J. - The New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) announced its men's indoor track & field all-conference teams on Wednesday, February 27th. All NJAC special awards were determined by a vote of the league's 10 head coaches, while the all-conference honors were based on performances at the 2018-19 NJAC Indoor Track & Field Championships which were conducted at the Ocean Breeze Track & Field Complex in Staten Island on February 18.

Farmingdale State had four student-athletes earn All-Conference honors. The 4x200m relay team of junior Joseph Motis (Massapequa, N.Y.), freshman Denzel Green Wright (Central Islip, N.Y.), junior Justin Percival (Melville, N.Y.) and senior Philip Sellitto (Levittown, N.Y.) was named Second Team All-Conference after a runner-up finish in a time of 1:29.50. Rowan's relay team earned First Team All-Conference with a time of 1:27.69.

Percival also earned a spot on the All-Conference Honorable Mention in both the 60m and 200m. In the 60m, he recorded a third place finish with a time of 6.94. Percival took second in the 60m preliminaries (6.97) before taking third (.01 seconds behind the winner) in the finals behind only Cameron Dobbins (Williamstown, N.J.) (6.93) of Rutgers-Camden and Julian Pratt (Camden, N.J.) (6.93) of Rowan. He also tallied a third place finish in the 200m (22.25) in a field of 27 competitors.
