NJAC Announces Men's Indoor Track All-Conference Teams

Pitman, N.J. - The New Jersey Athletic Conference announced the 2015-16 Men's Indoor Track & Field All-Conference teams.

Sophomore Jyaire Ewa (North Massapequa, N.Y.) led the way for Farmingdale State after collecting First Team All-Conference honors in the weight throw. Ewa won the event at the NJAC Championships with a toss of 16.48m (54' 1") and finished atop the field of 24 competitors.

The 4x200m relay team of Philip Sellitto (Levittown, N.Y.), Nikola Georgiev (Kings Park, N.Y.), James D'onofrio (West Babylon, N.Y.) and Jovanni Parkinson (Wyandanch, N.Y.) were named Second Team All-Conference. The team placed second out of eight at the Championships with a time of 1:34.25.

In the 200m, Parkinson was named Honorable Mention after a third place finish in 22.98 and sophomore Idowu Bamisile (Brooklyn, N.Y.) was named Honorable Mention in the 60m hurdles after finishing third in 8.49.
