Pitman, N.J. - The New Jersey Athletic Conference released the 2012-13 Men's Indoor Track and Field All-Conference Team on Wednesday, March 6th. Junior Alix Lamarre (North Bellmore, N.Y.) and senior Mike Jang (Lynbrook, N.Y.) each earned All-Conference honors this season.
Lamarre, who earned First Team All-Conference honors in the long jump, used a leap of 6.71m (22' 1/4") to capture the NJAC Championship.
Jang was named First Team in the weight throw and Honorable Mention in the shot put. In the weight throw at the NJAC Championship, Jang defeated a field of 15 competitors with a toss of 15.40m (50' 6 1/4"). Jang finished third out of 25 in the shot put with a distance of 14.08m (46' 2 1/2") and was named Honorable Mention All-Conference.
