2003-2004 Indoor Track Season Recap

The 2003-2004 Indoor Track team notched a stellar season. The men and women combined for five ECAC qualifying times, consisting of events in the Men's 4x200m Relay, the triple jump, the 200m dash, the 55m dash and the 1000m.

The men's team finished 14th overall at the ECAC's and 8th place at the CTC Championships, best finishes in history for the college. After taking first place at the CTC's, the 4x200m Relay team of David Humphrey, Joseph Boaheng, Elloy Cassell and Thabiti Lee are now ranked 3rd on the All-Time List with a time of 1:32.06. Boaheng stands at 7th and 9th place on the Farmingdale All-Time List in the 55m and 200m. Lee improved to 6th place on the All-Time List in the Triple Jump, when he took second place at the ECAC Championships.

The women finished in 9th place at the CTC Championships, another best finish in history for the team. Individually, senior captain Diana Baxter set a new school record in the 1000m and also moved up to 3rd All-Time in the 800m and 4th All-Time in the 1500m. Jennifer Alexandre closed out the season on the All-Time list at 4th in the triple jump and 8th in the long jump.
