2014 Men's Soccer Season Recap


Farmingdale, N.Y. - The men's soccer team finished the 2014 season with a 7-11-1 overall record and a 4-4-1 mark in Skyline Conference play.

Farmingdale State had three players named All-Conference as junior midfielder J.T. Famularo (Levittown, N.Y.) and senior defender Vincent Danetti (Wantagh, N.Y.) received First Team honors, while junior midfielder Victor Romero (Bay Shore, N.Y.) was named to the Second Team.

Famularo led the Rams in goals (9) and points (23), while Romero recorded a team-high six assists and had six goals for 18 points. Freshman forward Samuele Riva (Cadrezzate, Italy) was second on Farmingdale State scoring eight goals and junior forward James Curley (Clifton Park, N.Y.) pitched in with four goals and four assists.

The Rams graduated three seniors this season.
