The mens soccer team fell to 5-7-2, 3-4-1 Skyline on Friday afternoon after a 2-0 loss to conference opponent Mount Saint Mary College (6-7, 4-2 Skyline). The Blue Knights Johnny Guerrero scored the unassisted game-winner at 21:45. Valmar Franca added another goal at the 64-minute mark for Mount Saint Mary, assisted by Chris Lahar and Jon Giordano.
Goalkeeper Patric Santiago (Baldwin, NY/Baldwin) made four saves in defeat for Farmingdale.
Mount Saint Mary goalie Jack Benenati made four saves for the shutout.
Farmingdale State hosts Skyline opponent Manhattanville College on Sunday afternoon, October 23rd, at Noon.
