The Rams (1-6-1) picked up their first win of the season today against visiting NYCCT (2-1-1). Anthony Mondelli (Copiague, NY) scored the game-winner for Farmingdale at 15:25. Carlos Proano (Bay Shore, NY) added the final Rams goal at 52:29. The Farmingdale defense, led by senior Trevor Thompson (St. James, NY) and Thomas Florez (Deer Park, NY) held City Tech to 4 shots on goal. Patric Santiago (Baldwin, NY) made 4 saves in his first shutout of the year.
NYCCT goalie Mario Minto (Queens, NY) finished with 8 saves.
The Rams host Rutgers-Newark this Saturday, October 2nd in a double-header with the women�s team. The women�s game starts at Noon, while the men�s game is slated to begin at 2:30pm.
