NICHOLASVILLE, KY | The Farmingdale State men's golf team shot a team total of 299 in the Second Round of the 2023 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship on Wednesday. The total is the second lowest at the NCAA's in program history. The record of 298 was set in the First Round of the 2014 Championship.

FSC ended with a two-day team total of 616 and finished in 33rd place. The top-18 teams advanced to the final two rounds with Methodist and Piedmont tied for first place (573).

Junior Chris Iguchi (Centereach, N.Y.) followed his 75 yesterday with an even round of 72 on Wednesday and placed tied for 51st, individually. Iguchi missed the individual cut of by just two strokes.

Freshman James Quinlan (Poughquag, N.Y.) fired a 73 (+1) in today's Second Round and had a two-day total of 154. He set a school record for the lowest round by a freshman at the NCAA Championship.

Junior Brad Castaldy (Dix Hills, N.Y.) and junior Liam Miller (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) each shot 78 on Wednesday and finished with totals of 158 and 159, respectively.

Junior Mackenzie Kim (East Quogue, N.Y.) shot a 76 in the Second Round and produced a two-day total of 161 to round out the scoring for Farmingdale State.
