HANOVER, PA | The FSC men's golf team opened their spring season at the McDaniel Invitational on Sunday at The Bridges Golf Course in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The Rams shot 314 (+26) on the day and placed seventh out of 17 competing teams.
Junior Mackenzie Kim (East Quogue, N.Y.) led FSC and shot a plus-4, 76 on the day to tie for ninth place individually.
Junior Brad Castaldy (Dix Hills, N.Y.) and freshman James Quinlan (Poughquag, N.Y.) shot 78 and 79 and placed 21st and 27th, respectively. Junior Liam Miller (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) rounded out the scoring for FSC with an 81.
Patrick Kilcoyne of #22 ranked Gettysburg earned medalist honors after firing a 69 (-3). Gettysburg and Dickinson tied for first place with a team total of 299 (+11).
Farmingdale State next will head to Florence, Alabama for the Alabama DIII Showcase from March 9-12th.
