Newburgh, N.Y. - Freshman Chris Iguchi (Centereach, N.Y.) earned his second consecutive individual victory with a 73 as the Farmingdale State men's golf team won the Mount Saint Mary College Skyline Invitational held at The Powelton Club on Friday.
FSC posted a team-total of 307 and finished seven strokes ahead of runner-up Manhattanville. Mount Saint Mary took third place with a total of 318.
Freshman Mackenzie Kim (East Quogue, N.Y.) finished in third place with a six-over par 76, while freshman Brad Castaldy (Dix Hills, N.Y.) tied for fourth after shooting a 77. Freshman Liam Miller (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) rounded out the top-4 for Farmingdale State with a round of 81.
Manhattanville's Reid Robertson (75) and Ryan Moran (77) took second and fourth place, respectively.
The Rams next will travel to Saratoga National Golf Club for the Saratoga National Invitational hosted by Skidmore College on Saturday, October 9th and Sunday, October 10th.
