Abbottstown, Penn. - At the 17-team McDaniel Fall Invitational at The Bridges Golf Club in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, the Farmingdale State men's golf team opened with a team total of 318 and are tied for 11th place.

The Rams were led by senior Chris Fischer (Mineola, N.Y.) who posted a 4-over par round of 76, while junior Brian Crawford (Stormville, N.Y.) carded an 80. Crawford made the turn at +8 and shot an even par 36 on the back nine en route to his 80. Sophomore Taylor Stoerback (St. James, N.Y.) (80) and senior Jamie Jones (Uttoxeter, UK) (82) rounded out the top-4 for FSC.

Individually, Julian Gonzalez of Goucher (69) holds a two stroke lead over York PA's Tyler Newton (71).

York (PA) recorded a team total of 294 (+6) and leads runner-up RPI (300) by six shots. Host school McDaniel (301) is in third place, while Christopher Newport (302) and Gettysburg (302) are tied for fourth. 

The Rams will begin tomorrow's final round at 9:05 a.m.
