Armonk, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's golf team opened with a team total of 318 and are four shots back of St. Joseph's at the Skyline Conference Championship at Brynwood Golf & Country Club in Armonk, N.Y.
Senior Scott Sessions (Pleasantville, N.Y.) led the way with a 1-over par 71 for the Rams and holds a five stroke lead over John Melandro of St. Joe's. Senior Christian Bleck posted a 77 for the Golden Eagles and is in third place.
Tomorrow's final round begins at 10:00 a.m. with the winner earning a spot into the 2016 NCAA Division III Golf Championships at Mendon Golf Club and Midvale Country Club in Rochester, N.Y.
