Farmingdale, N.Y. - Sophomore Scott Sessions (Pleasantville, N.Y.) led the Rams with back-to-back rounds of 74 at the Farmingdale State Spring Invitational at the Bethpage State Park - Red Course this weekend.

Farmingdale State shot 297 in today's final round and posted a two day total of 605, finishing four strokes behind champion Dowling College (301-300-601). SUNY Delhi finished third after a two day total of 612.

Sessions recorded a third place finish, while sophomore Chris Brosi (Stony Brook, N.Y.) carded a 75 this afternoon for a total of 153 (T11). Junior Matt Pollock (Northport, N.Y.) also finished tied for 11th after shooting rounds of 77 and 76 for the Rams. Senior's Rich Kelly (Oceanside, N.Y.) and Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) both tied for 17th place individually as Kelly shot a team-best  3-over par 73 this afternoon.

Dowling's Kurt Brey was the medalist (72-74) after holding off Zac Campanelli of St. Joseph's by one shot.
