Manorville, N.Y. - The final round of the 10th Annual Peter King Memorial Tournament hosted by Dowling College was shortened to nine holes after torrential rain throughout the round. Farmingdale State started the day in fifth place out of 14 schools and shot +6 to earn a runner-up finish.

Senior Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) followed his opening round of 77 with a one over par 36 this afternoon. Senior Rich Kelly (Oceanside, N.Y.) carded a 78 yesterday and shot 36 today, while sophomore Scott Sessions (Pleasantville, N.Y.) also recorded a score of 36. Junior Matt Pollock (38) (Northport, N.Y.) and Chris Brosi (40) (Stony Brook, N.Y.) rounded out the top five for the Rams.

Larkin (113) finished in a tie for fifth place individually.

Nyack captured the team title finishing 10 strokes ahead of Farmingdale State and Southern New Hampshire University.

Keith Prokop (Dominican) and Scott Underhill (SNHU) each shot +2 and tied for medalist honors.

The Rams next will host the Farmingdale State Spring Invitational at the Bethpage State Park - Red Course on Saturday, April 5th and Sunday, April 6th.
