Newburgh, N.Y. - The Skyline Student-Athlete
Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Mount Saint Mary Department of
Athletics hosted a Community Play Day on Saturday morning at the
Newburgh Armory Unity Center to kickoff the Skyline Fall
Festival.
The student-athletes participated in numerous field activities and
games while also providing hands-on baseball and lacrosse
instruction for more than 50 kids ages 6-to-10. Institutional SAAC
representatives and numerous athletic directors were also on hand
to participate in the activities.
Special thanks to the numerous coaches from the Mount Saint
Mary Department of Athletics who volunteered their time and
equipment.
