Newburgh, N.Y. - The Rams tied the Farmingdale State school record with a team-total of 292 at the Mount Saint Mary College Invitational this afternoon at The Powelton Club in Newburgh, N.Y. Farmingdale State earned a 17 stroke victory over runner-up St. Joseph's College.

Senior Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) and sophomore Scott Sessions (Pleasantville, N.Y.) each carded rounds of 71. Larkin defeated both Sessions and Tony Sigul of Purchase on the second playoff hole after recording a pair of pars. Senior Rich Kelly (Oceanside, N.Y.) finished in sixth place with a round of 74, while junior Matt Pollock (Northport, N.Y.) and sophomore Chris Brosi (Stony Brook, N.Y.) each placed T9 after shooting 76.

The Rams next will play in the Hamilton College Invitational at Valley View Golf Club in Utica, N.Y. on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th.
