Purchase, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's golf team posted a team-total of 319 and earned a one stroke victory over host school Purchase College at Old Oaks Country Club.
Senior Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) was the individual medalist after carding a 4-over par 74. This was Larkin's third win of the season and 20th of his career at Farmingdale State. Sophomore Will Ruth (Holbrook, N.Y.) was the runner-up with a round of 77.
The Rams next will travel to the Powelton Club in Newburgh, N.Y. for the Mount Saint Mary College Invitational on Friday, October 4th.
